With a passion for growth and a talent for turning ideas into action, Channelle ensures Solomon Advising stays forward-thinking and mindful in helping clients reach their full potential.

Channelle Charest’s career has been anything but linear—a dynamic mix of corporate leadership, creative entrepreneurship, and human-centered work. From scaling a tech startup from 49 employees to over 1,000, to directing an art therapy program for adults with developmental disabilities, she has always gravitated toward roles that foster growth in both business and people. Her experience spans legal, non-profit, government finance, commercial real estate, and marketing, always with a focus on building, expanding, and optimizing while not forgetting the human element of it all.

As Program Director & Strategic Advisor at Solomon Advising, Channelle brings her diverse background to uncover opportunities, streamline operations, and drive strategic expansion. She believes growth isn’t just about numbers—it’s about people, collaboration, and sustainable progress. Her ability to deeply listen and translate insights into action makes her invaluable in helping both Solomon and our clients achieve meaningful success.

Outside of work, Channelle spends her time tattooing, sharing great meals with friends and family, and always chasing a good laugh. She’s on a lifelong journey toward balance—both personally and professionally—and hopes to one day add surfing to her list of adventures. Her friends describe her simply: here to create, encourage, and elevate… and that’s exactly what she brings to Solomon Advising every day.

    Sky diving!

    Both in Hawaii and California.

  • Go-To Comfort Food

    Pasta and cheese.

I'm Sicilian and Armenian, so there is nothing that can't be accomplished when you have pasta and cheese.

  • Favorite Book

"Lying: A Metaphorical Memoir" by Lauren Slater.

It's a wild ride of a woman's journey through her mental illness that she admits toggles between true reality and desired reality. It challenged how I thought about my own life and how I interpreted my experiences. It made space for there to be versions of experience that felt so authentic they could alter reality.

  • Most Prized Possession

My art collection and photo albums are my prized possessions because they trigger so many memories.

  • Favorite Movie

    Almost Famous.

It's set in the 70's, and Penny Lane, played by Kate Hudson, is one of my favorite characters of all time. The soundtrack is legendary, and the entire cast is perfect. It feels hopeful and creative, which is a big part of what I'm constantly seeking out in the world.

"It's all happening!" - Penny Lane

  • Time Travel Destination

The 60's/70's would be my go-to era.

It seemed like a liberating and creative time. Plus, the music was epic, technology was far off in the future, and the general theme was "Peace & Love".
