COVID-19 Communication - Cole Fisher

Employees were one of the most impacted demographics of the statewide stay-at-home order. We immediately understood the need to proactively communicate with our current clients, and with newly injured workers, how their cases would proceed in light of court closures, how their benefits might be impacted due to being unemployed or furloughed, and how contracting COVID-19 may or may not be a legitimate worker’s compensation claim. Our COVID-19 webpage and subsequent blog content was so needed that we saw an almost overnight 30% boost in website traffic.
