Leadership Retreat - Roubicek & Thacker

In early 2023, Solomon Advising hosted Roubicek & Thacker’s first annual leadership retreat. As the practice has grown substantially over the years, so too has the leadership team and structure.

Solomon Advising led R&T’s leadership team through a series of visioning and goal setting exercises as well as practical planning exercises designed to optimize current processes.

Out of this multi-day retreat, Roubicek and Thacker’s next phase of growth was solidified. This phase has been ambitiously termed "10 in 3." The goal is to have Roubicek & Thacker emerge as an even more prominent player in mental health care services, bolstering their impact over the next decade by expanding to 10 locations in 3 different states.
